Hockey Analyst – Rogers Sportsnet
Nick Kypreos is a hockey analyst for Rogers Sportsnet. He is the co-host of Hockey Central on Sportsnet TV and also for Hockey Central at Noon on Sportsnet Radio 590 The Fan. Before becoming an analyst, Kypreos played eight seasons in the NHL and was a member of the 1994 Stanley Cup winning New York Rangers. Kypreos also won a Calder Cup in his rookie season with the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League in 1988. Kypreos began his career as an analyst right after he retired from his playing career.
CEO and Founder, Triple Group of Companies
Andreas Apostolopoulos is the CEO and founder of Triple Group of Companies, a real estate development and property management company. Andreas, along with his sons, Steve, Jim and Pete, have created one of the most successful privately held companies in Canada. Andreas moved to Canada from Kalamata, Greece in 1969 and as a true entrepreneur, has owned and sold several service and manufacturing companies. For over 25 years, Triple Properties has been investing and redeveloping properties.
CEO and Founder, Jimmy The Greek
Jimmy Antonopoulos is the CEO and founder of Jimmy The Greek, Inc., a quick service restaurant chain established over 30 years ago. There are currently over 55 Jimmy The Greek restaurants in four provinces. JTG prides itself on offering fresh high quality Greek food, served quickly and with a touch of Greek hospitality. Jimmy moved to Canada from Nafplio, Greece in 1963 and after opening several well-known restaurants including Epikourion and Penelope in downtown Toronto, the first JTG was opened in the First Canadian Place in 1985.
National Tax Leader, PwC Canada
Lana Paton is the National Tax Leader at PwC Canada. Lana joined PwC Canada nearly 25 years ago and has led a range of challenging leadership portfolios, including Energy, Utilities, Mining, and Industrial Products. She is the first woman to hold the tax leadership role at PwC Canada. Lana champions many initiatives at PwC Canada, including its award-winning Women in Leadership (WiL) program, which is designed to support women in their career planning, provide coaching and mentoring, build networks and help move women through to partnership. Lana is a board member of Make a Wish Foundation and is actively involved in the Greek Community of Oshawa.
